Software Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Web Application Development :Design and build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using React/TypeScript or similar frameworks, including scalable front-end and back-end solutions
• Platform Integration: Develop secure integration layers and middleware between Magnolia CMS, AIgensei, and Microsoft Azure services to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
• Cloud Deployment & Operations: Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Storage, and CI/CD pipelines
• AI Feature Implementation: Integrate and optimize AI-driven capabilities such as semantic search, conversational interfaces, and personalization using Azure OpenAI and AIgensei APIs
• Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors and internal engineering, data science, product, and IT teams to align technical deliverables, security, and infrastructure requirements
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure application quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to compliance, data privacy, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create technical documentation, runbooks, and handover materials to support operational readiness and long-term maintainability

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in frontend/backend development using modern frameworks
• Work with multiple programming languages such as React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#/.NET, SQL, or others as needed
• Proven experience in developing scalable, secure, and accessible web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React/TypeScript), Microsoft Azure cloud services, and AI-driven technologies (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AIgensei), including system integration and middleware development
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance, CI/CD, documentation, and regulatory requirements (data privacy, accessibility/WCAG), with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal IT stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, documentation standards, and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, ability to work independently, effective communication for cross-team collaboration and strong teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English and German ( written and spoken)
