Your direct entry into top projects of a leading mobility group. Through a project-based permanent employment (temporary staffing), we offer you direct access to technologically demanding major projects.

We are looking for you to join the core team in Frankfurt of one of Europe's largest transport companies as a key component in the further development of Germany's most widely used travel and sales platform .

They ensure that the web frontend not only shines functionally, but also actively optimize the digital travel experience for millions of people every day.

Duration: 01. 10.26 - 30.09.2027

Remote work: up to 60% possible

Occupancy: Full-time

This position within the framework of temporary employment is also aimed at self-employed experts ("Freelancer goes ANÜ").

It combines the flexibility of projects with the security of a permanent position.

  • Flexible working model: Benefit from a lived hybrid culture with 60% remote work and 40% on-site presence at our modern location in Frankfurt am Main.
  • Reliable framework conditions: A secure, social security-covered employment relationship with a regulated 39-hour week (normal shift from 08:00 to 16:00 or flexible core hours until 17:00).
  • Attractive compensation & allowances: In addition to a highly competitive salary structure, you can expect comprehensive bonuses (Sunday bonus: 50%, holiday bonus: 100%, night bonus: 25% and overtime bonuses from 169.6 hours/month) as well as shift and hardship allowances.

Your tasks

  • Requirements management & control: You clarify technical and functional requirements in advance of implementation, always keeping a close eye on scope and budget.
  • Agile preparation: You conduct structured refinements with the development team to develop specifications that are precise, understandable, and ready for implementation.
  • Interface work: You coordinate interfaces closely with the software architecture and adjacent development teams.
  • UX & Concept: They work hand in hand with UX designers and stakeholders to optimally coordinate concepts.
  • First Level Technical Contact: During the implementation phase, you will support the development team as the first point of contact for software developers and other teams.
  • Quality assurance: They develop technical requirements specifically with regard to maintainability, error prevention and rapid error correction.

Your profile

  • They have completed an academic degree and are characterized by analytical thinking, teamwork skills and assertiveness.
  • Solid experience in business analysis or business engineering , specifically for frontend development teams.
  • Proven experience in direct collaboration with software developers and in coordination with UX designers (including the translation of UX concepts for development ).
  • Experience in Scrum teams as well as in scaled agile organizations (ideally according to the SAFe framework).
  • A good understanding of modern web technologies.
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least B2 level in both spoken and written form).

Nice-to-have:

  • Safe handling of AI assistance tools in everyday development (e.g., for exploring solution concepts, story editing, or documentation).
  • Initial practical experience with tools such as GitLab, Swagger and emulators .
  • Prior experience within the DB Group is a welcome plus.
