Working Student Talent Development (m/f/d)
Your contribution
- You support Talent Development and Organizational Development in operational and strategic activities, e.g. in the introduction of a new global job architecture
- You create job descriptions and requirement profiles
- You assist in the implementation of our global mentoring program
- You will further develop RKW's training offering
- You take over your own sub-projects
Your strengths
- Enrolled student (m / f / d) in the fields of psychology, sociology, social pedagogy, or a comparable degree program
- You have gained initial practical experience in the area of talent development / human resources development within a manufacturing company, for example through internships
- Enthusiasm for talent development topics
- Enjoy working on conceptual tasks
- Openness, ability to work in a team and reliability
- Good MS-Office skills
- Fluent German and English
