Salesforce CPQ Project Manager (m/f/d)
RED is excited to be working with an international company leader in the manufacturing industry located in Northern Bavaria.
They are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager - CPQ to join their multinational team on a permanent full-time basis and to play a crucial role in the project’s design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Having end-to-end responsibilities in leading global template developments, roll-outs, upgrades and optimizations of complex CRM, CPQ, E-Commerce or Customer Service solutions, including project planning, set-up as well as testing and go-live
- Driving continuous improvement of project management tools, processes and standards
- Responsible in the total planning, controlling, and reporting on budget and in time, according to the customer satisfactions.
- Acting as a functional lead for IT process managers, application specialists, develops, key users, testers, and vendors
- Continuous communication with key stakeholders to support adoption management and active change
- Proactively promote and identify new technologies for improving the business and current / future CRM solutions
Key Requirements :
- Proven track-record of leading multiple and complex IT projects in large and multinational organisations (in-house or external), ideally focused on Salesforce implementation.
- In-depth knowledge in working with CPQ, CRM processes, Customer Service and in leading B2B solutions
- Higher University Degree in computer science, business information systems or similar
- Highly skilled in Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, PRINCE2, SCRUM or other similar certifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills within business and IT; very good communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
