Checking the incoming pre-alerts
Notification of the shipment to the recipient and coordination of the customs procedure
Acceptance of documents from the airlines
Recording shipments using in-house software
Customs declaration via Atlas incl. arranging customs inspection
Disposition and delivery as free goods or customs goods
Preparation of the outgoing invoice
Monitoring transit times and POD recording
Preparation of liability documents and processing of transport damage

Your profile :

Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk

First relevant professional experience in the field of air freight import

Very good written and spoken English skills

Confident handling of MS Office products, Lotus Notes and ATLAS

High customer orientation, the ability to solve problems and act systematically

Ability to work in a team

Fluent in German
