Partnerships Manager
The company is a SAAS Software company who are looking to transform tourism for independent providers. Their software delivers a cost effective, all in one service which streamlines the entire process for their customers.
They are an established player in their sector and are experiencing high levels of demand for the product, which is why they need to hire.
The role sits within the Germany Country team and works alongside other partnerships managers within the other country teams across the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and North America,
The position will give you the opportunity to further develop your Partnership Management skills, growing the eco-systems of integrated partners and innovative platforms to enhance the company’s product suite.
This will involve developing and executing the partnership strategy for Germany. Identifying partners, nurturing relationships, negotiating deals to achieve mutually beneficial opportunities.
The role will challenge your technological curiosity as you gain an understanding of how the latest technologies can be integrated into an industry leading product.
You will get the expand your experience in the following areas.
- Partnership research, nurture, acquisition, and negotiation strategy.
- Develop and presentation of the partnerships commercial, technical and operation opportunities and implications.
- Develop and nurture relationships with the regional DMO’s, tourist boards etc to gain exposure to their property network.
- Technical Partnership onboarding and management, working with the technical team from planning, through implementation, testing and release.
- Guide internal teams and external customers on the introduction of the solution, through documentation and help guides.
- The latest trends and technologies available in the travel tech sector.
Ideally you will have the following background, but training and development is available for talented candidates.
- Strong Partnership Management and / or Business Development experience. Gained in a travel tech, hospitality software or ERP environment or similar.
- Experience of targeting, negotiating and implementing new partners.
- Fluent German Language skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to analyse or interpret API responses Log or the desire and ability to learn about this area.
- Hospitality software, travel website experience or transferable SAAS solutions skills.
- The ability to articulate the commercial, technical, and operational impact of the technical partnerships to all stakeholders.
- Be happy to attend the office in Dusseldorf on a monthly basis or every two months as a minimum.
