Dispatcher (m/f/d)

As a member of our team, you will offer our customers a reliable and sustainable solution for transporting goods by rail.

- You are responsible for the disposition of partial, complete and groupage loads by train and truck.
- The pre-carriage, main-carriage and on-carriage scheduling for full loads and empties is also part of your tasks
- You take over the coordination with drivers and warehouse personnel as well as the implementation of short-term changes
- You create dispatch plans, loading lists and route plans
- Processing service requests from our customers and our partners
- You ensure optimal capacity utilization and continuous improvement of processes
Your profile :
- You have successfully completed your training in the field of freight forwarding & logistics or a comparable apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have several years of sound experience in the dispatching department
- You are independent and systematic in your way of working, but at the same time flexible in stressful situations
- Sense of responsibility and communication are among your strengths
- You enjoy dealing with customers and working in a team
- Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
