Your mission
- Develop and manage the regional sales network (existing distributors / partners) with the focus on the endovascular field
- Analyze and evaluate sales performance of the region / partners
- Organize and develop marketing activities in line with strategic goals
- Create a strategic and realistic business plan with annual targets and financial forecasting to meet your and the company's goals
- Analyze and evaluate sales performance of the region / partners
- Organize and develop marketing activities in line with strategic goals, such as (inter)national congresses, product trainings and KOL-management in cooperation with the marketing department
- Build company and brand reputation in the area
- Provide clinical sales support to partners
Your profile
- You have a degree in economics, business management, or medical study and a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience and a thorough understanding of international medical device sales processes / environment
- You gained multiple experience within the (endo)vascular field
- You have a minimum of 5 years of management experience
- You are experienced in distributor management and have a resilient network within the EEMEA region
- You possess excellent communication skills and business acumen as well as an entrepreneurial drive
- You communicate in English and one of the local languages on a fluent business level (in word + writing)
- You are based within the responsible area, close to an international airport, and willing to travel at least 60%
