IT Transformation Project Manager (DORA)

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Manager to lead and manage our IT initiatives related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our IT systems and processes are fully compliant with DORA regulations, driving transformation projects, and implementing best practices for operational resilience in the financial sector.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead and manage IT transformation projects aimed at achieving DORA compliance. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, including of monitoring of all aspects of the project, (scope, budget breakdown, business case, milestones)
• Ensure project delivery, by assessing project statuses and proof of work.
• Identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and data inputs between project teams, stakeholders, leadership, and employees.
• Execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process, also by scheduling alignment meetings, proposing required analysis and information (if necessary).
• Ensure standardization of processes and governance among entire Group

Your skills and experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of DORA regulations and their implications for IT systems and processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
