What you can expect :

• Ensure smooth end2end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally
• Monitoring of operative Ecom processes. Trouble shooting and coordination of bug fixes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs. Initiate and drive data based decisions and enhancements
• Support the team in various operative onsite communication activities and transcational emails to ensure outanding customer experience
• Work closely together with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers to ensure smooth order processes.

Your profile :

• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts - SLA
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions
• Process and IT Affinity
• Advanced MS-Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
