Junior) Project Manager - Marketing Campaigns (m / f / d)

Your responsibilities

• You develop and implement our short-term & seasonal promotions strategy and drive multi-channel initiatives to meet revenue, engagement and profitability targets
• You support the creation of cross-channel campaigns and management end to end from the campaign execution to the roll-out across marketing channels, up to campaign reporting
• You coordinate cross-departmental projects with core teams, i.e. graphics, sales, category management, pricing, IT, operations and marketing teams to maximize promotion and campaign impact
• You develop and optimize the campaign & promotion reports with the clear goal of optimizing the customer journey and business performance
• You keep abreast of the competitive landscape and bring innovative ideas to impact customer engagement, revenue and efficiency

Your profile

• You bring at least 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce
• You are a team player, well organized and feel comfortable leading projects with different stakeholders
• You are data-driven and can derive insights and business recommendations from quantitative sources
• You have experience with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You are fluent in English

Your path

Hybrid working model : you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.

We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
