As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager at Les Lunes, you'll play a crucial role in driving our online marketing efforts by supporting the management of ad campaigns and optimizing their performance.

You will directly collaborate with the team and have the opportunity to learn market trends and ensure the Les Lunes brand's visibility and growth.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

Research the market for trending ad campaigns and collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad content.

Learn and use advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads to upload and manage ad campaigns.

Help set up campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads with accurate targeting, budgeting, and scheduling.

Monitor and adjust active campaigns to optimize performance based on key metrics.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and innovative approaches.

Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Dein Profil / Your Profile

Basic knowledge of market research techniques to identify trending ad campaigns.

Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad content.

Willingness to learn and use advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Familiarity with setting up campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads, including targeting, budgeting, and scheduling.

Analytical skills to monitor and adjust active campaigns based on key performance metrics.

Interest in conducting competitor analysis to find opportunities and innovative strategies.

Ability to assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
