Senior Regional Sales Manager - MACHINE VISION (Europe)

As a coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our agile sales teams in Europe in coordinating and structuring sales activities (key account management).

What tasks await you?

  • Business Development : In the initiation phase, you support the regional sales managers in assessing potential and developing sales opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Strategy Development : In collaboration with the local sales managers, you align the regional sales strategy with the overarching group strategy and develop the necessary business models.
  • Communication Management : You maintain communication between teams and manage regional trends, develop market requirements and competitive intelligence for the core battery inspection teams.
  • Bid Management : You coordinate the acquisition team consisting of sales, R&D, application, the integrated business units as well as supporting functions such as finance, legal department, etc.
  • Requirement Management : You evaluate the feasibility based on the existing product portfolio through requirements analysis and management as well as coordination of solution development with the core teams.
  • Contract Management : During the commissioning phase, you will be involved in contract negotiations and conclusion and coordinate collaboration with the core teams.
  • Project Management : After being commissioned, you will prepare the project execution and handover.

  • As a generalist you combine technical and business expertise from the disciplines of engineering with skills from project management (your background is, for example, in the areas of sales engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or business informatics).
  • As a contact person for international customers (internal and external), you impress with your professional and authentic appearance.

You have experience working with sales.

  • Ideally, you have practical experience in the areas of image processing solutions.
  • You can efficiently oversee technical aspects and connections thanks to your strong comprehension skills and coordinate commercial processes through good business understanding, an analytical and strategic way of thinking and a structured way of working.
  • As a networker and diplomat , you communicate technically complex content clearly with internal and external international customers and stakeholders.
  • German as a native language or equivalent, very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages are a plus.
