About the role

Over two years youll complete four six-month placements of your choice building experience across areas such as :

• Compensation & Benefits
• Diversity & Inclusion
• HR Marketing & Employer Branding
• Recruiting
• People & Organisational Development

By the end of the programme youll have the ideal foundations to thrive as an HR professional with the experience and network to take your career further within a global energy leader.
