In this role, you will work hands-on with our cutting-edge multi-beam mask writer systems directly in our customers’ fabs, ensuring their reliable operation in a highly complex, high-tech environment. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and technical training in Vienna, Austria, to set you up for success. Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and optimization of our hi-tech tools at customer sites
• Conduct regular system checks, including documentation, reporting, and quality tracking
• Analyze system issues and independently troubleshoot technical problems
• Maintain and update ERP systems, including spare parts and materials management
• Create and manage maintenance, service, and measurement logs
• Build a deep and holistic understanding of multi-beam mask writer technology
• Communicate progress and improvements internally and directly with customers
• Participate in on-call service for system troubleshooting and support

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 60.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
