Brand Strategy :

Execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies.

Present, implement and consult the ingredient brand strategy with our international B2B partners.

Communication Strategy

Plan and manage brand and product campaigns with all internal stakeholders.

Oversee our sustainability communication and become the company expert in this matter.

Manage the brand website, ensuring it effectively represents the brand’s targets.

Market and Competitive Analysis

Analysis of weekly market data, deriving action steps, and implementation in collaboration with the sales team.

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Consumer Service

Provide detailed information about the company, products and our sustainability communication.

Manage and answer all end consumer relevant questions.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably with 3-4 years in a branding and communication role;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
• You have passion for sustainability and you have familiarity with B2B strategies;
• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
