Your tasks :
- Planning and delivering training programs and overseeing the development of cyber / information security training in our Cyber Arena.
- Leading debriefing sessions with training participants to provide them with a full and detailed report on the training, best practices for future use, lessons learned and other professional recommendations from the training instructor.
- Planning the training at all stages - pre-training preparations, coaching during the training and debriefing at the end of the training session
- Performing the role of a lead instructor for the theoretical part of the training process in German and English languages
- Leading discussions with customers to understand requirements and advising on current and future training sessions
- Leading and managing the training schedule from A to Z, including scheduling and coordination during ongoing training.
The role includes travels for customer projects.

We are looking for a person who has :
- basic understanding of the energy industry / technology desirable
- specialist knowledge of (electricity) control systems desirable
- comprehensive and holistic understanding of OT cyber security
- experience in network and IT architecture
and is familiar with :
- industry standards and norms (IEC 62443 series, ISO 270xx, NIST CSF)
- regulatory cyber security requirements (NIS2, KRITIS, ENTSO-E Network codes for cyber security)
- company systems and IT infrastructure
- network protocols and services such as HTTP, FTP, SMB, LDAP, SSH, etc.
- exploits, vulnerabilities, and network attacks
- penetration testing methodology and the use of typical forensic tools as part of an incident response team
- common security controls such as FW, SIEM, IDS, AM etc.
- traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, .
Please notice that business fluent German and very good English skills are required for this position .
