Site Quality Head
Working with a world leader in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a presence across the globe, and covering all major markets.
This company is dedicated to developing and distributing high need medicines that improve quality of life worldwide. They have a proven track record over their 100+ year existence, and continue to develop ground breaking medicines, and provide this to patients across the globe.
Head of Quality
As Head of Quality, you will have both operational oversight, and strategic input into the direction of this companies mainstay site in Germany.
With oversight of QA, QC, QM, and QP's, you will have oversight for up to 50 FTE. The company seek a clear communicator, with a proven track record in people leadership to drive this site forward.
Responsibilities
- Leadership of Full Quality Unit, Approx 50 FTE.
- Host HA Inspections, and customer audits as Quality POC.
- Liaise with both key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor site KPI's, and measure performance.
- Provide input into Global company strategy.
- Full oversight and responsibility for budget.
Requirements
- More than 10 Years Quality experience in aa Pharmaceutical GMP environment.
- Clear communication skills, and experience working with site Leadership teams.
- Proven track record in leading Health authority or Customer inspections.
- 7+ Years experience of people leadership.
- Fluent German + English speaker.
