Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
Supporting the Senior Manager Key Accounts in the planning and operational management of the business with the aim of achieving profitable and sustainable growth in market share and sales for the respective defined key accounts, taking into account the brand strategy in the main categories as well as the defined target group.
Key Responsibilities :
- Knowledge and application of the adidas strategy within the customer group.
- Supporting the Senior Manager Key Accounts in terms of sales target planning, potential analysis, increasing sell-through and healthy market share growth.
- Customer-focused implementation of adidas brand concepts and ensuring market-leading brand presentation at POS & Digital in close coordination with Wholesale Activation, Digital Partner Commerce and other internal contacts
- Business building relationship management
- Number- and data-supported work through targeted use and knowledge of customer-specific sell-out, sell-in figures and digital KPIs
- Organization and efficient management of the sell-in process, taking into account the adidas sell-in tools
- Efficient handling of daily business (e.g., preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, meetings, preparation of presentations)
- Continuous order book management as well as reliable and cost-efficient procurement & delivery in cooperation with Customer Service
- Regular preparation of relevant key figures such as sell-in and sell-out as well as derivation and development of measures to improve these key figures
- Support of strategic, internal or external meetings and projects (development, implementation, control)
- Continuous learning and development of own skills within the Learning & Development opportunities offered by adidas

Key Relationships :
- Internal : Sales Central Europe, Wholesale Activation, Go-To-Market (Range), Digital Partner Commerce, Customer Service, Sales Development
- External : Purchasers, Purchasing Managers, Marketing Managers, Planners, Analysts of the respective customers

- Good commercial knowledge and business acumen
- High negotiation skills ( also with (senior) club management) , self-confident appearance, and representation skills
- Good strategic and operational skills

- Very good team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals and objectives

- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Digital mindset and good knowledge of digital commerce as well as digital media
- Knowledge of European football club business
- Strong interest in and knowledge about adidas License business
- Knowledge about adidas Product Creation processes
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- University degree in business administration / sports economics with a focus on marketing / sales
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and / or marketing
- Industry : ideally with experience in the sports industry / clothing / shoes / fashion or FMCG sector
