You'll set strategic directions, collaborate closely with consultants and team members, and ensure alignment across all project workstreams while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each detail.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you'll excel in building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, fostering trust in our solutions, and identifying new business development opportunities within and beyond the current engagement.

Internally, you'll inspire and empower your team, championing a collaborative and supportive environment where every voice is valued.

You'll mentor junior team members, guiding their growth and development while challenging ideas and fostering strategic thinking.

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain
• An exemplary academic background; preferably with a top degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics
• Functional knowledge in the areas of strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain
• Must have the right to work in the country in which you are applyingDesirable Requirements
• Experienced project manager, including planning, execution and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching of both consultants and client staff
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels
