ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Specialist, Business Application Management for B2C / B2B applications to join our team in HD+ CODM.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the CRM / ERP system and other business software applications.
You will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control B2C / B2B business processes to ensure they align with the organization’s strategic goals.
You will also collaborate with other business process managers, external IT service providers, and stakeholders to formulate, document, coordinate, prioritize, test, and accept requirements and solutions.
You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list) :
- Concept and implementation of user workshops to capture requirements, including the creation of change requests
- Operation and development of the in-house CRM system and other applications to optimally support business processes
- Cooperation with business process managers, providing advice and joint coordination, as well as prioritization of requirements testing and acceptance
- Project management for application optimization and migration projects, including control of external service providers
- Ensuring division-wide coordination of all change, error, and requirement reports for the applications responsible
- Optimization and development of business applications through analysis, evaluation, and integration of new systems, as well as optimization of existing applications and processes
- Managing external IT service providers and evaluating their solution concepts
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Proven experience in process design and thinking
- Proven experience in IT-focused managed services delivery with both onshore and offshore resources
- Experience in B2C / B2B applications and reliable knowledge of handling CRM and related systems
- High level of written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
