Job Description
Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company is recruiting for aServiceNow Architect to join their business in Germany.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and develop complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends to clients.
Lead initiatives across the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
Ensure robust integration with cloud computing and enterprise systems1.
REQUIREMENTS
Design & Development : Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Jira, Azure board.
Engineering & Configuration : ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Root and Configuration Management.
Security Architecture : Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial.
Communication & Management : An excellent communicator with the ability to manage the direction of a distributed development team and talk on a process level with clients.
Technical Governance : Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes, develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, and assist in maintaining the health of the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
Certifications like ITIL, ITSM, and experience with ServiceNow releases are highly desirable.
SKILLS
Proficiency in data modeling and database management principles.
Knowledge of network protocols, software blades, and log analysis.
Experience with HTML and understanding the ServiceNow competitive landscape
