We are looking for an :
BUSINESS ANALYST & MARKET INTELLIGENCE MANAGER (M / W / D)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate category and channel specific data (trade-household-panel and ontrade) into insights & foresights to enable data-based decision making and foster business growth
Simplify, visualize & automate reportings for better insights generation by integrating multiple data sources that summarize category & brand performance.
Summarize & share / present learnings to cross-functional teams & enable them to make informed decisions.
Monitor brand health & performance based on implementation of real time dashboard via using various data sources, for our brands and competitors to identify opportunities or potential threats
Collaborate with brand, digital & trade marketing, as well as finance, regional & global teams to analyze data
Identify knowledge gaps & learning opportunities
Develop & maintain forecasting models to anticipate market trends & consumer / shopper behaviour
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or university degree in economics, social or data analytic studies, or comparable degree
- Min. 2 yrs data analysis experience in an FMCG business and / or research agency
- Very good analytical skills & ability to pull out lear-nings & business implications from a given data set
- Strong excel, powerpoint and power BI or comparable skills, as well as experience in automatization of charts and / or reports
- Experience with retail and shopper data sources Nielsen, Circana, GfK, CGA etc.)
- Natural curiosity for consumer & shopper behaviour & how brands grow
- Excellent ability to communicate & influence key stakeholders with insights.
- Strong listening, presentation & storytelling skills; Strong team player.
- Proficient German & English language skills. Italian is a bonus.
