Their clients include commercial companies, SOPARFIs, Holdings, Funds, and SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities Legal Corporate Secretary Fiduciary - Finance

• You will be managing a portfolio of SOPARFIs and Holdings from their constitution to their dissolution.
• You will organize and manage board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
• You will ensure liaison with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries.
• You will maintain direct contact with your clients.
• Drafting various documents, such as minutes, agreements, and contracts, will be part of your daily tasks.

Profile and Career Path Legal Corporate Secretary Fiduciary - Finance

You have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate industry within a fiduciary, a PFS, or an Asset Management company in Luxembourg.

This experience will help you feel comfortable in your new position.

• To communicate efficiently with your colleagues and clients, you are fluent in German. Any other language is considered an asset.
• To be efficient, you consider yourself proactive and can work autonomously. Of course, management is always available if necessary.
