Your Mission
Als Intern / Working Student im Bereich Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle für das zukünftige Wachstum von Predium.
Du identifizierst und kontaktierst die besten Talente und bist Hauptansprechpartner während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses.
Zudem trägst du aktiv dazu bei, unsere Employer Brand aufzubauen, indem du Predium über Jobanzeigen, Social Media und Events präsentierst.
Werde Teil unseres Teams, präge unsere Kultur und unterstütze uns beim Aufbau des Predium-Teams!
Your Responsibilities
- Du hast Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting Prozess unserer Praktikanten und Werkstudenten - von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Hiring Managern zusammen, um unsere Hiring Prozesse strategisch abzustimmen und kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst Top-Talente durch Active Sourcing, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die besten Kandidaten finden und einstellen.
- Du bist Teil der Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer Employer Branding Strategien, um Predium als Top-Arbeitgeber zu positionieren und unsere Sichtbarkeit auf dem Talentmarkt zu steigern.
Your Profile
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich People / Talent - vorzugsweise in einem Startup - gesammelt.
- Du bringst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit und hast Freude daran, außergewöhnliche Kandidaten aus aller Welt zu treffen.
- Du hast ein hervorragendes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement, welches dir hilft dich im Talent Acquisition stark aufzustellen.
- Du suchst viel Verantwortung und eine steile Lernkurve zieht dich magisch an.
- Du kannst fließend auf Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren - mündlich, wie schriftlich.

- Du hattest schon erste Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie Personio und LinkedIn.
- Du bringst grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Employer Branding und Social Media Management mit.
