We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Campaign Specialist (m / w / d).

This position is based in our office in Berlin and requires fluency in German and experience in creating engaging ads hands-on (copy / design) & in partnership with agencies.

As a Creative Campaign Specialist (m / w / d), you will be responsible for developing innovative campaign concepts, managing the work of creative and design agencies, and building out the function to answer all Wolt Germany's creative needs (creative studio).

Role Background

We’re seeking a copy writing and content specialist for our German team based in Berlin, ideal for a creative and strategic thinker ready to impact our marketing campaigns.

You’ll be at the forefront of developing campaign concepts that not only elevate our brand but also drive performance marketing objectives.

A hands-on approach is essential, particularly in crafting targeted messages and copy that engage our audience. Collaborating closely with agencies, you will bring these ideas to life, ensuring our content resonates across all channels.

This role is a chance to directly shape our brand’s narrative, leveraging insights to make informed creative decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns that align with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Collaborate with global and local brand teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Drive copy excellence (in German and English) to create meaningful assets with consistent messaging.
• Manage and monitor the work of creative and design agencies to deliver high-quality and on-brand campaign assets, including quality control.
• Execute campaigns according to budgets and deadlines, including alignment with stakeholders.
• Conduct creative tests and make informed campaign adjustments.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve campaign strategies continuously.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in the creative industry (gained in an agency or in-house)
• Proven experience creating meaningful campaigns across all channels (ATL / BTL) to increase brand metrics and business objectives
• Ability to develop unified copy for campaigns while understanding how to adapt to specific channels
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new and innovative campaign ideas
• Experience in writing engaging ad copies in German
• Structured approach to managing and improving the creative process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
