MAIN REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree preferred
- Qualified Accountant or other relevant qualification is a must
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures across EMEA
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent MS Office, Excel, Power Point user
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with leadership team on all financial aspects of running the business
- Partner with financial peers in other regions and with HRS corporate to establish and follow accounting policies and procedures Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
- Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
- Participate in business investment plans / evaluations and expansion opportunities
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable / receivable
- Lead all budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the EMEA region
- Brief global and regional senior leadership regularly on the company’s financial status
- Liaise with Local Accountants to track tax payments and returns including the order and delivery of products and services across various countries as growth occurs
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
- Keep company financial information confidential and secure
- Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
Language skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in another European language both written and spoken is an advantage
