Marketing Manager, Market Place Trading - Europe

Summary
To ensure impactful brand appearance in all digital sales points, in line with overall PEE marketing strategy by creating seasonal game plan and LT strategy to support the account’s ambition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Trade Marketing plans for the most relevant digital channels within the ecosystem, including activation On-site, Off-site online, in collaboration with regional counterparts and partners
- To follow adherence and control the budget for all marketing activities for wholesale and within agreed levels for the accounts and provide the metrics for ROI analysis
- To develop and activate campaigns and promotions that drive consumer traffic and conversion
- To liaise with internal (Sales, Merchandising) and external (retailers and agencies) counterparts
- To track, evaluate and optimize the performance of initiatives across the customer portfolio; to follow up on campaign implementation with KPIs
- Develop in collaboration with Commercial Team marketing plans to achieve growth plan / ambition
Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate : include but are not limited to the following :
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a multinational organization, in trade marketing and / or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with the European digital ecosystem.
- Demonstrated understanding of budgetary & financial concepts.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
Salary : €50,000
