Service Technician Workshop this role will be based in Nuremberg Germany

Role Overview :
Support the service department by driving workshop performance and satisfying customer demands on all Spacelabs products.
Including the direct provision of maintenance and repair along with telephone and training support.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the high quality of service of Spacelabs products and for customer satisfaction. Works under supervision and performs duties in compliance with established procedures.
Excellent technical and communication skills are needed to positively interact with customers and company personnel. Successful candidates will be self-starters, who can independently manage their time and schedules;
will be fluent in English, also possess analytical / technical abilities and basic business acumen and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Support the service department to provide a flexible response to the variations in workload caused by breakdown and maintenance demand.
- Ensure that the company provides effective responses and solutions to Customer complaints and enquiries within the agreed response times
- Maintain a high level of telephone availability and contribute to significantly improving our customer focus.
- Ensure that the repair team operates within the guidelines and practices of Spacelabs Healthcare
- Actively support the promotion of the products and services and maximize the financial return to Spacelabs.
- Compilation of equipment fault data and communication of this and other pertinent information to other departments within the company in a professional manner.
- Direct provision of high-level support and training to customers and colleagues on the occasions when advanced technical and operating procedure familiarity is required.
- To continue enhancing the Spacelabs Customer Service reputation for providing caring, effective, long-term product after sales support which distinguishes us from our competition.
- Maintain MFG Pro, ESC App & CRM accounts, contacts, and ensure content is accurate and compliant.
Qualifications
- Position requires an education degree in electronics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent technical training from an accredited program in biomedical, electronic or computer technology.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a workshop Technician or equivalent workshop experience, working with hospital Biomed, Nurses & IT departments.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
- Sound judgment is required in the analysis of technical, operational and logistic problems.
- Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative.
- Must become fully certified and competent in the application and operation of all relevant products.
- Basic communication skills in English are required.
