Role Overview :

As the Lead Creative Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with top storytellers to bring their visions to life on our platform.

Reporting directly to the Content Director, you will lead a team of creative professionals, collaborating with writers, data analysts, and producers to develop immersive scripted serialized stories across various genres.

Your passion for entertainment, coupled with a keen eye for innovation and data, will drive the content strategy and playbook, transforming how millions of users worldwide discover and engage with storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the production of original scripted series from concept pitch to ongoing production.
• Provide constructive feedback on outlines, scripts, and ongoing series to maintain quality and coherence.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with writers, authors, and representatives to source and develop new projects.
• Bring in new projects for development through pitches or submissions, ensuring a diverse and compelling content pipeline.
• Generate fresh show ideas and concepts, identifying writers capable of executing them effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of ongoing series scripts and adapt stories creatively to optimize user engagement.
• Identify market trends and user preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the performance of ongoing series and refine content strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role at a studio, network, production company, or literary agency / management company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Established network of writers and industry representatives.
• Deep understanding of story elements such as theme, tone, structure, plot, and narrative arcs.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for storytelling and a commitment to delivering compelling content experiences.
