Technical Project Manager

Your mission

As a Technical Project Manager you will play a key role in bridging cross-functional collaboration between IT domain experts and product teams to drive efficient and high-quality project execution. With a strong focus on delivering value and achieving product goals you will establish and maintain project management best practices and frameworks continuously refine processes and facilitate Agile ceremonies. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the Scrum process is followed and that teams adhere to Agile principles supporting alignment across teams and ensuring the successful on-time delivery of technology-driven products and initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives Reviews) for multiple development teams
• Remove impediments through collaboration with all involved departments shielding the team from external distractions and ensuring focus on value delivery
• Create and manage product backlogs for multiple products in collaboration with Product Owners
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and gather input for product development
• Promote continuous process improvement and foster transparent communication across teams
• Support development teams in their day-to-day activities and coach them on Agile best practices
