Enterprise Sales Lead, Insurance (DACH)

We are currently seeking a highly driven Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team. This role will be focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and will be responsible for sales to some of the largest insurers in this region.
The successful candidate will be tasked with prospecting and closing new business deals within the SME & Enterprise insurance market.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new business within the DACH region's largest insurers (SME & Enterprise).
- Showcase the advantages of Clearwater Analytics Insurance value proposition to potential customers and prospects.
- Develop strategies to drive growth and penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance industry.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with large insurers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet sales objectives.
- Use CRM system to provide accurate sales forecasting and report on sales activity.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build brand awareness.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in enterprise sales within the insurance industry is a must.
- Demonstrable track record in prospecting and closing large deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (native level), and English (business proficiency).
- Strong knowledge of the DACH insurance market and its key players.
- Ability to build relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. (Managing quotas of $1 Million +)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
