Bradford Jacobs is currently working with a leading global sustainable supplier and manufacturer of self-storage products.
The company is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team in Germany.
- Responsibilities;
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and risks, analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Generating leads by approaching potential customers and partners via various channels.
- Building close relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by setting targets and implementing effective strategies.
- Develop compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts to close new business.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful implementation of business development plans.
- Keep abreast of industry trends by attending events and conferences.
Skills / Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role
- Strong understanding of the industry, market and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Results-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Integrity and adherence to internal values in all negotiations, leadership and communication
- Ability to take a professional and pragmatic approach at all levels
- Financial and commercial acumen, including KPI reporting and budgeting
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Technically proficient in the use of CRM / PowerBi
Fully remote - travel required throughout Germany
Up to €65,000 base salary with an OTE of 90-€100k
