We are looking for a Global Benefits Manager (f / m / d) to join our global Pension and Benefits team. As an expert and trusted partner to collaborators and the business, you will be responsible for managing Global Benefits matters of Siemens Energy.

- Contribute to the global C&B organization in the execution of projects on a global or regional level to meet regulatory changes, improve the benefits portfolio, support mergers and acquisitions or integrations and implement technology changes
- Assess market trends, deliver benchmarks and internal analysis to ensure competitiveness of the overall benefits and pensions portfolio
- Manage annual review and renewal processes for employee-related insurances and support compliance and management of legislative changes
- Manage pension plan design changes following our global strategy in collaboration with pension finance colleagues
- Develop and improve the global design of sustainable mobility benefits and company car schemes to ensure we meet the company CO2 emission goals
- Manage the global implementation of the flexible benefits strategy to contribute to the digitalization and communication of benefits / pensions delivery with internal regional experts and external partners
- Coordinate the standardization and harmonization activities for benefit and pension topics jointly with a dedicated benefits process team
What You Bring
- University degree in relevant field of study ( Economies, Management, Mathematics), additional professional qualification is a plus
- Extensive experience in managing benefits and benefits-related legal framework as well as labor market practices
- Strong analytical skills and excellent self-organization, prioritization, and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as project management methods and process documentation
- Professional fluency in German and English in spoken and written form, additional languages ( Spanish, French) would be desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally as part of this role to other Siemens Energy locations
