How you will spend your time as our next Junior PLM Specialist in Food Manufacturing :

As our Junior PLM Specialist in Food Manufacturing (internally titled Junior Business Application Specialist PLM), you will contribute to developing and implementing Intersnack Group's IT solutions, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.

What you will do :

• Assist in integrating new software into our systems, validating functional requirements, and ensuring compliance.
• Help translate business requirements into practical IT solutions, creating technical designs and documentation in the process.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and report to the Group Solution Owner (GSO).
• Support the rollout of IT solutions across European and global plants.
• Ensure IT business system solutions align with strategic objectives and process requirements.
• Provide daily business support and assist in the management of the support unit.
• Document internal IT processes and manage updates to application configurations.

What we expect of you :

• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and specification management, especially within an FMCG food business, is preferred.
• Interest in working with IT applications in a support role, rather than simply as a user.
• Experience working with PLM for process applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLM change projects and process management is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
