SAP TM License Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP TM license verification and compliance analysis
• Execute and analyze SAP TM license audit reports to identify usage of Advanced TM functionalities
• Validate audit findings against:
  • System configuration
  • Master data
  • Transactional usage
• Identify and document:
  • Licensed vs unlicensed Advanced TM feature usage
  • Potential compliance risks
  • Misconfiguration leading to license exposure
• Map technical findings to SAP TM license definitions and entitlement scope
• Prepare audit-ready license verification documentation
• Provide actionable recommendations to:
  • Regularize licenses where required
  • Adjust configuration or processes to remain license-compliant
• Support customer discussions with SAP licensing audit or commercial teams

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Strong understanding of SAP TM licensing model (Basic TM vs Advanced TM)
• Experience in SAP license audits compliance checks or usage verification
• Ability to interpret SAP audit outputs and licensing implications
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
