HR Administrator – German Speaking (m / f / d)

The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality across all employee-related processes. This role contributes to a smooth employee experience by managing HR documentation, supporting recruitment and training activities, and maintaining up‑to‑date HR systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and distribute incoming HR-related postal mail
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and various HR documents
- Maintain digital and paper employee files through accurate scanning and filing
- Coordinate recruitment interviews, including scheduling invitations, and room bookings
- Organize and support training sessions and related logistics
- Send rejection responses to candidates in a timely and professional manner
- Adjust time balances in the time management system (DSK) when required
- Update HR systems with accurate and current employee data
YOUR PROFILE :
Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an HR administrative role or similar support function is an assetFamiliarity with HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, and HR documentationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of discretion and respect for confidentialityProficiency with HR information systems and MS Office toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and provide reliable support to HR Business PartnersWHAT WE OFFER :
