Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled freelance AI engineer / developer to create an innovative AI system that automates event operations management.

This system will streamline processes and improve efficiency by learning from human actions and replicating tasks typically performed by an event operations manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development, along with a proven track record of building intelligent systems.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop an AI system capable of learning from human behavior and replicating tasks involved in event operations management, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of the AI system, and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Collect and preprocess relevant data, including historical event operation records, staff availability, and event requirements, to train and validate the AI models.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and techniques to enable the AI system to analyze data, make predictions, and automate decision-making processes.
• Develop a user-friendly interface for interacting with the AI system, allowing event organizers to input data, monitor system performance, and intervene when necessary.
• Test the AI system thoroughly to ensure its reliability, accuracy, and scalability across different event scenarios and organizational contexts.
• Provide documentation and training materials to support the deployment and adoption of the AI system by event management teams.
• Collaborate with the client's technical team, as needed, to integrate the AI system with existing software infrastructure and ensure compatibility and seamless operation.

Requirements :

• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing AI systems or applications, with a focus on machine learning, natural language processing, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.

g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning, as well as experience in model evaluation and optimization.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model deployment strategies in real-world applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or related industries is a plus but not required.

Duration : This is a freelance contract position with an estimated duration of 6 months.
