The aim of the Social Media Specialist (f / m / x) role is to enhance the company's social media and influencer marketing across Europe by redefining a pan-European strategy, creating innovative social media content, and achieving measurable improvements.

Ihre Aufgaben :

• Steer social media strategy and execution across channels, focusing on content quality, community engagement, and influencer collaborations
• Collaborate closely with agency partners to develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies, evaluating content and influencer proposals
• Coordinate with various teams and HQ (product, campaigns, PR, sponsorships) to align social media efforts and develop cohesive social assets
• Manage the central social content calendar and assets library, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of social assets across markets
• Conduct regular audits of social media channels and influencers, maintaining high standards of engagement and consistency while staying updated on industry trends

Ihr Profil :

• University degree in Marketing, Arts / Media, or Social Sciences
• Experience in social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Expertise in influencers, social-first content, paid social advertising, and community management
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and very good English communication skills required
