Was dich erwartet :
- Als visionärer Head übernimmst du die Produktverantwortung für wegweisende KI-Produkte und stehst an der Spitze eines hochqualifizierten, interdisziplinären AI-Teams
- Du bist der Motor für KI-Innovationen nicht nur im redaktionellen Bereich und treibst kontinuierlich neue Technologien und Methoden voran
- Die Leitung von fortgeschrittenen Test- und Validierungsverfahren für KI-Modelle, insbesondere im Bereich Natural Language Processing (NLP), liegt bei dir
- Du stellst eine effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem AI-Team, den Redaktionen und angrenzenden Teams sicher, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und Richtlinien zu standardisieren

- Du hast fundierte journalistische Erfahrung , ein Studium absolviert und technische Kenntnisse mit Programmiersprachen wie Python sind willkommen
- Du bist versiert im Lösen von Problemen und der Implementierung neuer Technologien
- Deine Führungs- und Teammanagement-Fähigkeiten machen dich zu einem unverzichtbaren Bestandteil des Teams
- Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit fließendem Deutsch und sehr gutem Englisch
