Your Responsibilities

• Actively drive and influence mechanical, electromechanical designs NPI
• Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements
• Analyze root causes and qualify changes in NPI and CPE
• Accountable for the quality and management products responsible for
• Define and monitor manufacturing metrics,
• Work interfaces : Contract manufacturers and suppliers, R&D, Supply Chain management, Product marketing and global support Expert center

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3-5 years professional experience
• Manufacturing Process Expertise of electromechanical assemblies
• Mechanical Design Knowledge (PTC Creo elements)
• Communication strength and interaction with external partners
• Analytical skills in failure identification
• Good German and English skills
• Highly independent and pro-active
• Demonstrates strong ownership
• Open-minded
• Permanent Teamwork and cross-functional / cross-company interaction requires strong social skills
