About the Role :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the complete order process for a specific geographical region.
Your responsibilities will encompass order processing from quotation to invoicing, as well as the coordination and execution of domestic and international shipments.
You will collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of our critical products and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role demands strong communication skills as you will interact with both dealers and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including quoting, invoicing, and shipment selection.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction standards through excellent customer service.
- Effectively communicate with dealers and customers across global markets.
Your Profile :
- A commercial qualification or equivalent experience.
- English, German, French Language skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in order processing or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure.
- A team player with a structured and reliable work ethic.
