Your tasks
Collaborative work with the Design Engineering Office to define industrial requirements (system accessibility and testability) and carry out trade-off analyses.
The aim is to optimize the industrial product definition to achieve the OTOCOQ goals (On Time, On Cost, On Quality).
- Development and maintenance of the product manufacturing structure and definition of MAIT technologies, industrial resources and production processes.
- Carrying out process simulations and monitoring process sequences.
- Development and implementation of innovative tool concepts and definition of manufacturing and assembly processes in accordance with customer requirements and ergonomic standards.
- Management and monitoring of contractual relationships to ensure on-time delivery in terms of cost and quality in cooperation with the relevant supply chain.
- Provide technical leadership and operational support to the MAIT production system to continuously improve processes and reduce costs and lead times.
- Support industrial research and innovation in the area of FAL & MRO, especially in the implementation of technological advances at store floor level.
Your profile
- At least a Master's or Diploma degree in engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in aerospace and project management.
- Sound knowledge of production planning and manufacturing engineering is required.
- Experience with the Eurofighter program is an advantage.
- Sound specialized knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP OPAL is required.
- Business fluent English and good German language skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Reliability and commitment to work in an international team.
