- Routine work in the cell culture laboratory in the field of in vitro pharmacology and toxicology
- Practical performance of genotox studies in the field of medical device and chemical registration
- Performance of genotoxicity tests (Ames test, micronucleus test, comet assay, mouse lymphoma assay)
- Application of cell culture techniques and performance of FACS analyses
- Participation in the establishment and optimization of new test systems
- Preparation of GLP-compliant documentation
- Responsibility for laboratory and equipment
Qualifikationen
- Completed education as BTA / MTA / CTA / biology laboratory technician or Bachelor of Science (e.g. biology)
- Experience in the field of cell culture, especially routine handling of mammalian cell systems or primary cells essential
- Experience in handling organs as well as human blood and independent handling of FACS instruments (ideally BD)
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Careful and responsible way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
- GLP experience is an advantage
