What you do
- Become the internal SEO contact point for one or more of our products
- Developing, implementing and monitoring a holistic SEO strategy for several products and content types
- Working on projects like keyword mapping, internal linking, hreflang implementation
- Continuous monitoring of SEO KPIs
- Conducting complex analyses and regular SEO-relevant audits
- Working with product management, web development, editorial, and design teams
- Communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Your skills
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO, ideally both in-house and agency-side
- A proven track record of optimizing large websites using a data-driven, customer-focused approach
- Profound comprehension of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies
- Technical SEO expertise, especially within an agile team environment, with the ability to brief technical requirements to web developers and other stakeholders
- Content SEO expertise, particularly on enterprise websites with +1m pages
- In-depth SEO knowledge (internal linking structures, crawl management, indexing strategies, hreflangs, canonicals, )
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Majestic, or equivalents
- Excellent stakeholder management and overall communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts to stakeholders of varying levels of knowledge
- Ability to train and pass on knowledge to more junior team members and other interested parties
- Excellent German and English language skills
