Scientfic Coordinator (w / m / d) - Cluster of Excellence 3022 «GreenRobust»
Limited until 31.12.2032, bis E13 TV-L, 50 %
YOUR TASKS
Coordinate the researchactivities of the cluster research teams in Hohenheim and the other two locations, in particular with the main cluster coordination office at Tübingen University
Support the Hohenheim cluster spokesperson in terms of content and coordination
Drive thescientific and structural development of the cluster
Contribute to the regular reporting duties together with the main cluster office in Tübingen and the cluster spokespersons
Coordinate finances at the Hohenheim location including set-up and management of cluster-internal funding schemes
Supervise personnel management, the local cluster management office and daily administrative routines
Act as liaison between researchers, university administration and the cluster partners
Support the generalization and dissemination of scientific concepts revealed by cluster members
Critical monitoring of cluster-related research activities
YOUR PROFILE
Completed scientific university degree (Master's or university diploma) and preferably a doctorate in biology, agricultural sciences, or a related natural science discipline
Postdoctoral and international experience is desirable
Experience in the management and coordination of (interdisciplinary) research projects is highly desireable
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
Working effectively both in an independent manner and as part of a diverse, collaborative team
High level of communication skills, accountability and reliability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language
