Your areas of responsibilities :
- Lead and drive the Team for project excellence.
- Lead & manage all aspects of the project-planning, execution and post processing for retail formats, office environments, showrooms, global events
- Planning of schedules / timelines, internal & external resources, budget management,
overviews for project completion
- Continues development of professional processes, structures, guideline-documents and toolboxes
- Manage and plan internal and external resources in terms of capacities
- Trend scouting for brand staging and innovative event solutions
Your profile of qualifications :
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Merchandise Planning, Business Development, or a related field is beneficial for this position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail-planning or managerial position can be helpful.
- Organized, pay close attention to details to minimize retail delays, and multitask on a variety of projects.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all retail goals with the help of different departments.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, colleagues and clients.
- Fluent in German and English language
