Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Experience / training in warehouse distribution preferred. Clerical / administrative office experience preferred.
Must possess the ability, knowledge, and skills to operate the appropriate systems / software / hardware.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Major Duties
Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact and / or line of sight.
Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized customer experience.
Performs a variety of administrative clerical duties. Updates and maintains files and other documentation control, maintains required suspense files and logs.
Prepares case count report, unauthorized merchandise, and list mislabeled merchandise from warehouse. Researches shipping discrepancies.
Reconciles documents / reports that affect warehouse balances, accountability, and / or other Exchange assets.
Reviews daily distribution reports to verify merchandise accountability, releases, and reviews all price changes, prepares documents to transfer merchandise to other facilities.
Assures compliance with fire, safety, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory.
Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.
Performs other duties as assigned.
