Aufgaben

• Operational Strategy : Develop and implement strategic plans for industrialization, logistics, and supply chain operations in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across all operational functions.
• Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Supply Chain Management : Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, forecasting and distribution, ensuring seamless operations.
• Industrialization : Drive the industrialization process, optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring the scalability of production processes.
• Quality Control : Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes.

Qualifikation

• Strategic Thinker : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Supply Chain Expertise : In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and industrialization processes.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
• Change Management : Experience driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
• Affinity for hands-on activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher : In a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Tech Industry Experience (Preferred) : Previous experience in the technology / IoT sector and handling hardware supply chains is a strong plus.
