Head of HR Global Operations (f/m/x)
Your role
Acts as a strategic HR Business Partner for the global MED Operations management team, providing professional HR advisory services and actively drives Operations’ transformation and change process towards Operational Excellence and performance.
Steers strategic and operational HR decisions related to e.g., recruiting, people development, succession planning, performance management, and job evaluations.
Drives the development and implementation of the HR strategy and assists in organization design changes and workforce assessments.
Coach managers in talent and leadership development, managing succession planning processes.
Supports (strategic) workforce planning based on business needs through the HR analytics.
Facilitates the implementation of HR processes and programs with global and regional scope, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
Manages interfaces to local HRBMs and central HR functions.
Drives harmonization and standardization of structures and process across all sites.
Your profile
Holds a relevant academic degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
Fluent in English and German
Several years of proven experience as an HR Business Manager in the plant / shopfloor environment, with expertise in operational HR-related processes and tools
Expert in creating HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement, as well as customizing HR policies and procedures to fit the organization’s vision and culture.
Proven ability to work effectively and manage teams in a global, culturally diverse environment, with strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and process improvement skills and the capacity to influence and engage at all levels within the organization with a focus on creating innovative HR solutions.
